เครื่องยังไม่มี DirectX 9 ที่เกมต้องใช้ ติดตั้ง DirectX End-User Runtime จากเว็บของ Microsoft แล้วเปิดเกมใหม่

• ตรวจว่าอินเทอร์เน็ตใช้งานได้ แล้วปิดเปิด Launcher ใหม่

Your PC is missing the DirectX 9 files the game needs. Install the DirectX End-User Runtime from Microsoft and start the game again.

• Check your internet connection and restart the Launcher
• Do not install under C:\Program Files, where Windows may block writes. Use a folder like C:\Games\LunaOnline
• Add the game folder to your antivirus exclusions (see above)

The game relies mostly on the CPU. Try this:

• Choose the Classic graphics mode in the Launcher instead of Enhanced
• Close programs you are not using, such as a browser with many tabs
• Compare your PC with the requirements on the Download page

Inside the game, no website sign-up needed. Start the game and press the register button on the login screen.
