ข้อตกลงการใช้งาน

การสมัครบัญชีหรือเข้าเล่นเกม ถือว่าคุณได้อ่านและยอมรับข้อตกลงฉบับนี้แล้ว

1. บัญชีผู้เล่น

1. ใช้อีเมลที่ติดต่อได้จริงตอนสมัคร เพราะต้องใช้ยืนยันตัวตนเมื่อลืมรหัสผ่าน
2. ดูแลไอดีและรหัสผ่านของตัวเอง ทุกอย่างที่เกิดขึ้นในบัญชีถือเป็นความรับผิดชอบของเจ้าของบัญชี
3. หนึ่งบัญชีเป็นของผู้เล่นหนึ่งคน ห้ามขาย ให้ หรือแชร์บัญชีกับผู้อื่น
4. ไม่แนะนำให้ใช้ชื่อจริงหรือข้อมูลส่วนตัวเป็นชื่อตัวละคร

2. ไอเทม โกลด์ และตัวละคร

1. ไอเทม โกลด์ ตัวละคร และข้อมูลทุกอย่างในเกม เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของบริการ ไม่ใช่ทรัพย์สินที่มีมูลค่าเป็นเงินจริง และแลกเป็นเงินไม่ได้
2. ทีมงานอาจปรับสมดุล แก้ไข หรือนำข้อมูลในเกมออกได้ เมื่อจำเป็นต่อการดูแลเกม เช่น แก้บั๊ก หรือเรียกคืนของที่ได้มาโดยไม่ถูกต้อง

3. ช่วงทดสอบ

1. ระหว่างทดสอบ เกมอาจมีบั๊ก ปิดปรับปรุงบ่อย หรือจำกัดจำนวนผู้เล่น
2. เมื่อจบช่วงทดสอบ ข้อมูลตัวละครทั้งหมด รวมถึงไอเทม โกลด์ และอื่นๆ จะถูกรีเซต

4. การเล่นอย่างยุติธรรม

1. ผู้เล่นต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎของเซิร์ฟเวอร์ ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของข้อตกลงนี้
2. หากฝ่าฝืน ทีมงานอาจตักเตือน ระงับแชท ระงับบัญชี เรียกคืนไอเทม หรือแบนถาวร ตามความร้ายแรง
3. ทีมงานไม่ไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาทหรือการซื้อขายนอกเกมระหว่างผู้เล่น

5. ข้อมูลส่วนตัว

1. เราเก็บเฉพาะข้อมูลที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการ ได้แก่ ไอดี อีเมล และข้อมูลการเชื่อมต่อ
2. เราไม่ขายหรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลของคุณแก่บุคคลอื่น
3. ข้อความแชทในเกมไม่ใช่ข้อความส่วนตัว ทีมงานอาจตรวจสอบได้เมื่อมีการร้องเรียน

6. การให้บริการ

1. เราให้บริการตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ อาจมีช่วงที่เซิร์ฟเวอร์ล่ม ปิดปรับปรุง หรือข้อมูลเสียหายจากเหตุที่ควบคุมไม่ได้
2. ทีมงานไม่รับผิดชอบความเสียหายจากการถูกขโมยบัญชีเพราะเปิดเผยรหัสผ่าน หรือจากการซื้อขายกับผู้เล่นอื่น

7. การแก้ไขข้อตกลงและการติดต่อ

1. ข้อตกลงนี้อาจปรับปรุงได้ โดยจะแจ้งในหน้าข่าวสาร การเล่นต่อหลังจากนั้นถือว่ายอมรับฉบับใหม่
2. มีคำถามหรือต้องการแจ้งปัญหา ติดต่อทีมงานทาง Discord

Terms of Use

By creating an account or playing the game, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

1. Register with an email you can actually use. We need it to verify you if you forget your password.
2. Keep your ID and password safe. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account.
3. One account belongs to one player. Do not sell, give away or share accounts.
4. We recommend not using your real name or personal details as a character name.

2. Items, gold and characters

1. Items, gold, characters and all in-game data are part of the service. They have no real-money value and cannot be exchanged for money.
2. The team may rebalance, change or remove in-game data when needed to run the game, for example to fix bugs or take back items gained improperly.

3. Test period

1. During testing the game may have bugs, frequent maintenance, or a limit on players.
2. When the test ends, all character data, including items, gold and everything else, will be reset.

4. Fair play

1. Players must follow the server rules, which are part of these terms.
2. Breaking them may lead to a warning, chat ban, account suspension, item removal or a permanent ban, depending on severity.
3. The team does not mediate disputes or outside trades between players.

5. Personal data

1. We only keep what we need to run the service: your account ID, email, and connection data.
2. We do not sell or share your data with anyone.
3. In-game chat is not private. The team may review it when a report is made.

6. The service

1. The service is provided as is. There may be outages, maintenance, or data loss from causes outside our control.
2. The team is not responsible for losses from an account stolen because its password was shared, or from trades with other players.

7. Changes and contact

1. These terms may be updated, with changes announced on the News page. Continuing to play means you accept the new version.
