บัญชีผู้เล่น

• ผู้เล่นควรเก็บรักษารหัสผ่านเป็นความลับ และไม่ควรให้ผู้อื่นใช้บัญชีหรือซื้อขายบัญชี หากเกิดปัญหา ทีมงานไม่มีส่วนในการรับผิดชอบต่อการกระทำที่เกิดขึ้นทุกกรณี
• ทีมงานไม่มีนโยบายขอรหัสผ่านจากผู้เล่นในทุกช่องทาง หากพบผู้แอบอ้างเป็นทีมงาน กรุณาแจ้งทีมงานผ่านช่องทางที่กำหนด

การเล่นอย่างเป็นธรรม

• ห้ามใช้โปรแกรมช่วยเล่นใดๆ ที่ไม่ได้จัดให้โดยทางเกม รวมถึงการดัดแปลงตัวเกมทุกรูปแบบ เพื่อรักษาความเป็นธรรมต่อผู้เล่นทุกท่าน หากตรวจสอบและพบเจอ จะทำการลงโทษขั้นสูงสุดทุกกรณี
• หากพบข้อผิดพลาดหรือบั๊กในเกม กรุณาแจ้งทีมงานผ่านช่องทางที่กำหนด เพื่อแก้ไขและปรับปรุงต่อไป ห้ามส่งต่อ บอก หรือแจ้งกับผู้อื่นเพื่อหาผลประโยชน์จากบั๊ก หากกระทบต่อการเล่นอย่างยุติธรรม จะทำการลงโทษจากการหาผลประโยชน์

การซื้อขายด้วยเงินจริง

• ทีมงานไม่สนับสนุนการซื้อขายไอเทม เงินในเกม หรือตัวละครด้วยเงินจริงระหว่างผู้เล่น
• เมื่อเกิดปัญหาทีมงานไม่สามารถตรวจสอบหรือกู้คืนความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการซื้อขายดังกล่าวได้ทุกกรณี โปรดระมัดระวัง

การสื่อสารในเกม

• กรุณาใช้ถ้อยคำสุภาพ และงดการด่าทอ ดูหมิ่น ก่อความรำคาญ หรือคุกคามผู้เล่นท่านอื่น
• งดการส่งข้อความซ้ำ (สแปม) และการโฆษณาเซิร์ฟเวอร์หรือเว็บไซต์อื่น
• ชื่อตัวละครและชื่อกิลด์ควรมีความเหมาะสม ทีมงานอาจขอให้เปลี่ยนชื่อที่ไม่เหมาะสมได้ทุกเมื่อ หากแจ้งให้รับทราบแล้วยังไม่ทำการเปลี่ยนแปลง จะระงับการใช้งานโดยทันที

การพิจารณาเมื่อมีการฝ่าฝืน

ทีมงานจะพิจารณาแต่ละกรณีตามเจตนาและผลกระทบที่เกิดขึ้น โดยทั่วไปจะเริ่มจากการแจ้งเตือน หากมีการกระทำซ้ำหรือเป็นกรณีร้ายแรง ทีมงานอาจพิจารณาระงับบัญชีชั่วคราว เรียกคืนสิ่งที่ได้รับโดยไม่ถูกต้อง หรือระงับบัญชีถาวร ตามความเหมาะสม

ทีมงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปรับปรุงแนวทางนี้ตามความเหมาะสม โดยจะประกาศผ่านหน้าข่าวสาร

Accounts

• Keep your password confidential, and do not let others use your account or buy or sell accounts. If a problem arises, the team bears no responsibility for any resulting actions in any case.
• The team will never ask for your password through any channel. If you encounter anyone impersonating staff, please report it to the team through the official channels.

Fair play

• Using any helper program not provided by the game, or modifying the game in any way, is prohibited to keep the game fair for all players. Any confirmed case will receive the maximum penalty.
• If you find an error or bug in the game, please report it to the team through the official channels so it can be fixed. Do not share or pass it on to others to profit from it. If it affects fair play, a penalty will be given for exploiting it.

Real-money trading

• The team does not support trading items, in-game gold or characters for real money between players.
• If a problem arises, the team cannot investigate or recover losses from such trades in any case. Please be careful.

In-game communication

• Please use polite language and refrain from insulting, demeaning, annoying or harassing other players.
• Refrain from spamming and from advertising other servers or websites.
• Character and guild names should be appropriate. The team may ask you to change an unsuitable name at any time. If the name is not changed after notice, the account will be suspended immediately.

Handling violations

The team reviews each case based on intent and impact. A warning is usually given first. For repeated or serious cases, the team may consider a temporary account suspension, removal of anything gained improperly, or a permanent suspension, as appropriate.
